   • You must not repurpose any information found on our Service without our written consent.
5. OneClick Predict: OneClick Predict utilizes historical RFP data to predict the NAICS code of government RFPs lacking such information. While we strive for accuracy, it’s important to note that these predictions are based on historical patterns and algorithms, and therefore, there is no guarantee that the predicted code will always be correct. One Click Predict cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies in the predicted NAICS codes. Users should exercise their own judgment and verify the predicted code against available information before making any decisions based on it. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
6. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by Teammate AI. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership or rights to our intellectual property.
7. Service Modification and Termination We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time, without notice, at our discretion. This may include termination of your access to the Service.
8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
